As an architect, photographer and artist, Nina Kirste works at the intersection of artistic and applied photography. In her work as an architectural photographer, Nina Kirste benefits from her education and professional experience as an architect. Her keen understanding of space, materials, light and atmosphere enable her to depict buildings and interiors with spatial clarity and atmospheric depth.

She works worldwide both for her clients and on her own personal projects which include commissions in the fields of architecture, art and culture. Her clients, publications and projects include: Librairie 7L, Yvon Lambert, Vitra, Oliv Architekten, Schüco, Studio Stadt Region, Architekturgalerie München and the German Pavilion at the 19th Venice Architecture Biennale.
