For a residential development in Unterföhring, a concept was created as part of a competition that focusses sensitively on the special spatial and location-defining conditions of the location. The property is located on the edge of the Isar slope and is characterised by the traditional farm structure with the striking head buildings. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existence and the urban environment, a residential concept was developed that takes up the characteristic features of the place and converts them into contemporary architectural language. The aim was to preserve the special identity of the location and at the same time to create a high-quality, future-oriented residential development.
